Revoking James Charles’s Co-Founding Principal Job Offer x2 — Full Content

  1. Step 2

    Dear James Charles,

The job offer previously communicated to you, by me, outlined specific rules to follow. The rules prohibited you from posting on youtube.com, instagram.com, tiktok.com, and or any platform that wasn’t x.com or sireuniversity.com. While I don’t know if you broke the founder’s agreement set forth by uploading a new youtube video and honestly nor do I care at this point in time, I do know that you blocked the @sireuniversity account on instagram. Because of this, the previously offered roles of Co-Founder, Chief Academic Officer, and Principal sent via instagram, x, and email are hereby revoked. I know this is sad news but I hope sharing the reason for your termination will aid you if you choose to rightfully appeal the decision I rendered today.

If you choose to appeal, you may write to me with any reasons as to why you should be re-offered the position. This message may be sent via email at jmoran@sireuniversity.com or instagram.com / x.com private message. Your ability to appeal does not impact the requirement I unfollow you [instagram.com / x.com] and that the post offer on sireuniversity.com will most certainly be removed from google search engines effective, almost immediately. Your ability to appeal is also contingent on the fact that the 1st Co-Founder is not filled on the cabinet. If Sire University offers this position to someone else and they accept it, there can be no further consideration of you in this role.

Evidence of the block on instagram will be on the second page. I made two instagram video detailing how your block hurt me greatly.

    SO ORDERED.
